RETURN POLICY FOR VIDEOS AND DVD'S ONLY
You have 30 days after shipment from our offices to return any videos and DVD's.
- Unopened videos and DVD's - can be returned for a full refund of item cost.
- Opened videos and DVD's in pristine condition - can be returned for a refund, minus a 25% restocking fee, with no refund for s/h.
- Opened videos and DVD's in damaged condition - can not be returned. If they are returned to us and are in damaged condition, no refund will be issued. In addition, s/h charges may be applicable for you to get the tape back.
- Defective videos and DVD's - can be returned for the same item at no charge. Defective items can also be exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value, minus a 25% reordering fee. If we determine the item to not be defective, a 25% restocking fee (or 25% re-ordering fee for different product) may apply.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
All videos and DVD's need to be returned to our office before any sort of return can be implemented!

You have 30 days after shipment to bring to our attention any problems with your order!
- Unopened items - can be returned for a credit or exchange of another item of equal or lesser value.
- Opened items - can not be returned.
- Defective items - can be returned for the same item at no charge.
