MEET THE NEW HEROINE OF THE NIGHT---DARK ROSE! HER MOVIE DEBUT PITS THIS BEAUTIFUL, SECRETIVE WOMAN AGAINST A CLAN OF VAMPIRES
New York---Dark Rose---she's beautiful, has a secret past, and is in search of a vampire clan which destroyed her family.
 As this straight to video movie unfolds on a college campus, the audience learns more about Dark Rose and her quest against the vampire clan. She is, after all, trying to save the world from a clan that has a centuries-old record of death and destruction. At the moment, co-eds are experiencing their tangled web of deceit.
Written by Jason Liquori (who created the character of Dark Rose in a serial story on-line), this script is creative, campy and just plain fun. In one scene, Dark Rose quips, "Stake 'em and bake 'em."
It is the first collaborative effort of Richard Maxwell and Mr. Liquori under the production company Hocus Focus Productions. Dark Rose will be played by Laura Lee.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL, RESIDENT, JASON LIQUORI WRITES, EDITS AND DIRECTS DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN'
NEW YORK---Jason Liquori, a resident of Altamonte Springs, FL, has written, directed and edited the straight-to-video movie DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN' which was shot on location in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut this past fall.
Born and raised in the Bronx, he has been interested in movies since he can remember. While still in grammar school, he and a friend worked diligently on a movie produced just for family and friends.
Mr. Liquori, who has a degree in communications from the College of Mount Saint Vincent has worked for a local cable station in Riverdale, taught teachers how to bring video into the classroom and is currently production director of his own Hocus Focus Productions.
In DARK ROSE, the title character slowly reveals her secret past as she tries to bring down a vampire clan who is unleashing its terror on unsuspecting college co-eds. The movie, the first collaboration of Mr. Liquori and producer Rick Maxwell is a fun, campy horror flick sure to make your chuckle and hide your eyes. Mr. Maxwell states, "I like DARK ROSE because it encompasses ALL of the elements of good B horror: sex, gore, and violence galore. Not to mention campy, funny, and the best cast combination since David Gale, Jeffrey Combs, Bruce Abbot, and Barbara Crampton. Jason Liquori managed to bring back the fun of the morning funny papers that we all looked forward to on the weekends as kids."

MILWAUKEE, WI, RESIDENT, RICHARD E. MAXWELL PRODUCES DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN'
NEW YORK---Richard E. Maxwell, a resident of Milwaukee, WI, is producing the straight-to-video movie DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN' which was shot on location in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut this past fall.
Born and raised in Jefferson City, MO, he only recently began his movie creating career coming from a varied background of aviation, socialwork, and security.
A self-professed lover of B movies, Mr. Maxwell got into filmmaking through a twist of fate, mostly owed to the Internet. "I became friends with, and then the manager of the wonderful B horror movie actress Laura Lee," he explained.

PARSIPPANY, NJ, RESIDENT, LAURA LEE PORTRAYS DARK ROSE IN NEW MOVIE DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN'
NEW YORK---Laura Lee, a resident of Parsippany, NJ, has created the title role of Dark Rose, in the movie DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN' which was shot on location in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut this past fall. Most recently, Ms. Lee was seen on the screen in THE PEACEMAKER and DEVIL'S ADVOCATE.
A native of Budd Lake, NJ, she began acting in high school and has performed on stage and screen. Her screen credits include: SID AND NANCY (fans will remember her as the cyclist/street punk), ROUGH KIDS, HARD STREETS, OPPOSITES ATTRACT, PEACEMAKER, and DEVIL'S ADVOCATE.
In DARK ROSE she portrays the title character who slowly reveals her secret past as she tries to bring down a vampire clan who is unleashing its terror on unsuspecting college co-eds.
DARK ROSE, the first collaboration of New York native Jason Liquori and Rick Maxwell is a fun, campy horror flick sure to make your chuckle and hide your eyes. According to Ms. Lee, the werewolf factor is her favorite part of DARK ROSE. She is intrigued by "the ability for the feminine character to possess a wild inner nature, of both virtue and ferocity! You go girl!."

NANUET, NY, RESIDENT, MICHELLE PFEIFER PORTRAYS VAMPIRE IN NEW MOVIE DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN'
NEW YORK---Michelle Pfeifer, a resident of Nanuet, NY, has created the roles of Rosalin and Jaqueline, in the movie DARK ROSE: FEEDIN' & BREEDIN', which was shot on location in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut this past fall. Ms. Pfeifer, who recently modeled for St. Michael's Emporium, enjoyed her debut role--something she could really sink her teeth into.
A native of Middletown, NY, she has always been attracted to paganism, fantasy, the God/dess and mystical creatures, and especially vampires. In DARK ROSE she portrays two vampires who are unleashing their terror on unsuspecting college co-eds. The title character slowly reveals her secret past as she tries to bring the Italian vampire clan down.
DARK ROSE, the first collaboration of New York native Jason Liquori and Rick Maxwell is a fun, campy horror flick sure to make your chuckle and hide your eyes. According to Ms. Pfeifer, "The story line is fabulous and the fact that vampires revolve around this character [Dark Rose] makes it that much more interesting." C6
